Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects service availability, upstream provider relationships, and IP reputation across the platform.
1. Prohibited activities
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, snowshoe spam, or mailing activity that harms IP reputation.
- Phishing, malware hosting, credential theft, botnets, exploit kits, or malicious payload delivery.
- Crypto mining, unauthorized proxies, open relays, public proxies, VPN resale, or Tor exit nodes.
- Port scanning, vulnerability scanning of third-party systems, brute force campaigns, or DDoS activity.
- Illegal content, copyright abuse, fraud, or activity that violates Kenyan law, Dutch law, or upstream network rules.
2. Mail and network reputation
Customers must not run workloads that trigger blacklisting, abuse escalations, or routing restrictions. We may block ports, null-route traffic, suspend services, or require remediation when a server threatens network reputation.
3. Enforcement
We may suspend, isolate, rate-limit, or terminate services immediately where abuse, urgent security risk, or upstream complaints require it. Severe cases may be actioned without notice.
