Infrastructure & Data Location

Our VPS infrastructure is provisioned in the Amsterdam region in the Netherlands. We do not currently operate a Kenyan data center for this service.

1. Region disclosure

Customers should assume compute workloads, snapshots, and attached infrastructure data are hosted in or routed through the Amsterdam region unless a different region is stated in writing.

2. Upstream infrastructure

We use established upstream infrastructure partners and datacenter operators in Europe. We may change upstream vendors, facilities, or hardware platforms without naming every provider publicly, provided service characteristics remain substantially similar.

3. Compliance posture

Our upstream infrastructure selection prioritizes providers that publicly maintain recognized security and operational certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR-aware operational controls, and independent assurance programs such as SOC 2.

4. Practical implications for Kenyan customers

This is a Europe-hosted VPS offer aimed at customers in Kenya who need stronger compute capability, more stable infrastructure, and a practical upgrade path beyond local shared hosting.

5. Self-service infrastructure actions

Where available in the workspace, customers may use self-service infrastructure actions such as power controls, web console access, reverse DNS updates, snapshots, rescue mode, and reinstall workflows. Availability depends on the active platform and server state.

These actions help customers manage their own infrastructure, but they do not convert the service into a managed server administration offering.
