Fair Use Policy

Our VPS plans are designed for legitimate production workloads, not harmful or abusive resource consumption.

1. CPU and compute usage

Plans using shared vCPU resources must not run sustained workloads that materially degrade node performance for other customers. Persistent abuse may require throttling, migration, upgrade, or suspension.

2. Bandwidth and traffic

Traffic patterns that are excessive, malicious, or operationally harmful may be restricted, especially where they trigger null-routing, filtering, blacklisting, or upstream intervention.

3. Harmful workloads

Workloads that create repeated abuse complaints, attack traffic, reputation damage, or abnormal infrastructure load are outside fair use even if raw usage appears technically possible.
