Billing and Payment Terms

1. Billing model

Services are prepaid unless expressly stated otherwise. Renewal payment is due before the next billing period begins.

2. Non-payment

Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension, restricted access, or service termination. Re-activation may require full payment of outstanding balances.

3. Price changes and taxes

We may adjust pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable notice. Taxes, levies, processor fees, or regulatory charges may apply depending on payment method and jurisdiction.

4. Renewals

Customers are responsible for ensuring valid payment details and sufficient balance where auto-renewal or hosted payment links are used. Failure to pay a renewal on time may result in suspension, expiry, deletion, or third-party recovery fees depending on the product.
