Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Provisioned services

Once a VPS order has been submitted for provisioning through our upstream infrastructure providers, fees are non-refundable. We cannot recover those provisioning costs after submission.

2. Domain orders

Once a domain registration, transfer, restore, or renewal order has been submitted upstream to a registrar or registry, it is non-refundable.

3. Prepaid billing

Services are billed in advance for the selected term. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not create a prorated refund for unused time.

4. Failed provisioning

If we are unable to deliver the purchased service at all, we may cancel the order and issue a refund or wallet credit at our discretion based on the payment path and operational constraints.

5. Data deletion after cancellation

Expired, canceled, or terminated VPS services may be deleted permanently after the applicable retention window. Customers must export their own data before cancellation or non-payment.
