Who is Shika Cloud VPS for? Shika Cloud VPS is built for developers, agencies, and technical teams that have outgrown shared hosting and need root access, predictable resources, and freedom to run their own stack.

Is this a managed VPS service? No. The VPS product is unmanaged. You are responsible for server administration, software setup, security updates, firewall rules, monitoring, and backups unless we agree separately in writing on additional work.

What makes this different from shared hosting? You get dedicated VPS resources, root access, operating system choice, and the ability to run queues, cron jobs, Docker, custom runtimes, and other workloads that are commonly restricted or throttled on shared hosting.

Where is the VPS infrastructure hosted? Our VPS infrastructure is hosted in the Amsterdam region in the Netherlands through established upstream infrastructure providers.

Can I register and manage domains through Shika Cloud? Yes. You can search, register, renew, and manage domains through the platform, including Kenyan extensions such as .co.ke and .ke as well as common global TLDs.

Do you have an API to manage resources? Yes. Shika Cloud provides an API for managing supported resources so you can automate parts of your infrastructure workflow from your own applications and scripts.

Do you offer refunds? No refund applies once a VPS or domain order has been submitted upstream for provisioning, registration, transfer, renewal, or other committed processing.
